What is CrowdOpinio?
CrowdOpinio turns your YouTube channel's comments into 10 structured AI-powered intelligence reports — in seconds. Type a channel name and instantly understand what your audience thinks, wants, and needs.
How does it work?
Type your YouTube channel name → pick up to 2 videos → we fetch the top comments → a smart filter removes spam and noise → an AI reads what's left and produces 10 structured reports in seconds.
How long does an analysis take?
Usually around 30 seconds for a fresh analysis. If the same channel was analysed recently, results are cached and come back instantly.
Which platforms are supported?
YouTube. Type any channel name or @handle and we handle the rest. More platforms are coming soon.
Does it work for small YouTube channels?
Yes — even videos with a few hundred comments produce useful insights. The AI is designed to find signal in small datasets too. The more comments a video has, the richer the analysis, but smaller channels benefit just as much.

What are goldmine comments?
Goldmine comments are the highest-signal comments in the thread — ones that reveal pain points, purchase intent, viral hooks, emotional testimonials, or business opportunities. They're the comments most worth reading and acting on.
What does the 'What's Missing' report show?
It surfaces topics, questions, and content gaps your audience is asking about but aren't being answered — telling you exactly what content to create next.
What does the Sentiment Health score mean?
It is a 1–10 score representing how positive and engaged your audience is overall. A score above 7 means a healthy, enthusiastic community. Below 4 suggests friction or negativity worth addressing.
Can I export or download the results?
Yes — use the Print / Save as PDF button at the top of any analysis. All panels are fully expanded in the PDF so nothing is cut off.

How is this different from YouTube Studio analytics?

Technical & Privacy
How many comments does it analyse?
We fetch up to 250 of the most relevant comments per analysis. Comments are pre-filtered to remove spam, short reactions, and duplicates — so the AI focuses on the highest-quality signals.
Does it support non-English comments?
Yes — comments in any language are fetched and the AI analyses them. Results are returned in English regardless of the source language.
How accurate is the AI?
The AI is very good at pattern recognition across hundreds of comments — surfacing themes, sentiment, and opportunities a human would miss or take hours to find. That said, treat it as a first-pass research assistant, not a definitive source. Always apply your own judgement to the results.
Can I analyse multiple videos at once?
Yes — after typing your channel name you can pick up to 2 videos. CrowdOpinio analyses each one and also produces a consolidated cross-video report that surfaces patterns across both.
Is my data stored?
For anonymous users, results are cached for 24 hours then discarded — no personal data stored. Signed-in users have their analyses saved to their account so they can revisit them anytime from your Dashboard. You can delete any saved scan at any time from your dashboard.
How often can I use it?
Anonymous users get 2 analyses per day (no signup needed). Sign up free with your email and get 5 analyses per day — plus your analyses are saved so you can revisit them anytime from your Dashboard. Limits reset at midnight UTC.
Why did my analysis fail?
Common reasons: the URL is private or deleted, comments are disabled on the video, or the AI is under high demand. Wait a moment and try again — it's usually temporary.
